This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made through www.njp.in, operated by Non-Judgemental Psychologists (NJP) under the legal ownership of Nikita Saluja. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.
Cancellations
- Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before their appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original booking.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for packages apply only to unused sessions, provided cancellations meet the above terms.
Policy Updates
NJP may amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on www.njp.in with an updated effective date.
